Baccarat is played in rounds known as coups. In each coup, players bet on the player or banker hand winning or a tie occurring. Winning occurs when one hand receives a total of nine (or eight) before the other. There is no skill or strategy to baccarat betting, although experienced players stand a slightly better chance.
